Bridge Estates specialises in the letting and development of commercial premises to all business sectors from small businesses and sole traders to PLC'S, including some well known blue chip companies.

We rent and lease various types of industrial and commercial property from bespoke warehouse, offices and retail units, to own key lock ups especially designed for start up and small businesses.

We also offer storage facilities for companies requiring additional short or long term space, together with the availability of FLT, warehouse personnel and transport to collect and deliver your goods.

Our current portfolio consists of twelve estates containing units ranging in size from 100 sq ft to 40000 sq ft totalling in excess of 478,750 sq ft, all located in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
